You are GRATITUDE.

Since 1897, the Christian church has sung, “Count your blessings. Name them one by one.”
Blessings are gifts that help us along life’s journey. Blessings take you home, back to the heart where GRATITUDE lives.
Pure GRATITUDE is being grateful for simply being. You can send GRATITUDE to every cell of your body – arrant or healthy cells. Can you be grateful for those cells that are giving you dis-ease?
In the children’s book Good-Bye, Bumps: Talking to What’s Bugging You, Sage Dyer spoke lovingly and firmly to the bumps on her face, asking them to leave, and they went away.
The lesson was, “Say hello to whatever is bothering you. If you can’t change it. Change the way you feel about it.”
I have felt uncomfortable with my living situation for the past several years. Have you ever said to yourself, “I didn’t sign up for this bull—it?” I never pictured this for myself.
I can honestly say that this very situation has spurred my spiritual, financial and mental growth. In this year’s Christmas card, I thanked my family member for everything he has taught me.
I have changed the way I feel about this situation because I value my mental and spiritual health. I have set these experiences aside and remembered my true home.
GRATITUDE is essential in bringing the head in alignment with the heart.
My home is where GRATITUDE lives.
What stirs up GRATITUDE? Imagine it now and breathe it in and out. Slow the exhale and make it longer. Sketch GRATITUDE across your chest in imaginary ink. You are that.
Ever-present GRATITUDE is your birthright as a soul. GRATITUDE is your home. GRATITUDE is your essence.
The ancient and ever-living Scriptures say that in God, you live, move, and have your being.
Be GRATITUDE.
