You are COURAGE.

Your soul knows no fear. Your soul does not worry or catastrophize. Your soul knows the beginning from the end. Those who do not choose a way of love in this lifetime have forgotten who they are.

They will be loved back to wholeness in eternity.

I take great COURAGE in believing that no eternal punishment awaits those who might “deserve” it. There may be darkness for those who expect to receive it, but that is for a short time. They are not left to feel their remorse alone. God’s purpose is always restoration.

The hell and brimstone found in religion is a man-made construct to maintain control. It also permits us to treat each other poorly. If God is going to torture us, why can’t we torture one another? It makes no sense.

COURAGE goes hand-in-hand with strength. In the presence of danger, fear keeps you safe. Fear is a part of your human condition. Each moment, you can set aside fear as unnecessary luggage. Your carry-on suitcase is COURAGE because you bring what is innately yours and essential.

Set fear aside by going within to find COURAGE. Recognize fear, set it to the side and breathe in COURAGE.

When I want to tap into COURAGE, I raise my MAMA-BEAR energy, “if-you-are-going-to-mess-with-one-of-my-kids, you-have-to go-through-me-first” kind of vibe. Years ago, I was at the gym with my teenage daughter when a man spoke unkindly to her. He did not know I was there. I spoke to him in no uncertain terms.

What gives you COURAGE? Imagine it now and breathe it in and out. Slow the exhale and make it longer. Draw COURAGE across your chest in imaginary ink. You are that.

Ever-present COURAGE is your birthright as a soul. COURAGE is your home. COURAGE is your essence.

The ancient and ever-living Scriptures tell us perfect love casts out fear.

You are so very loved with an everlasting love.
