You are STRENGTH.
- Denise Nickel (Read in order – # 4)
You are both body and soul. Everything that exists is energy. It is only differentiated by density. You live in these dense earth suits. What enlivens you is your spirit.
Picture your body as a glove and your spirit as the hand that moves it. Your soul is eternal, limitless and timeless
I wrote a chapter in a book and had to devise a quote. Since the chapter is about an accident I experienced while running, I searched Google for hours, looking for a quote about running.
Then words came to me, “I believe we are born out of love and ushered into joy. Let’s run the race before us.”
You can endure its ups and downs when you know your earthly life is couched between love and joy. In running, hill repeats build leg muscle, improve speed, and promote correct running form (“Keep your head up, darlin’”).
The challenges of life build your STRENGTH. You can weather the storms because your STRENGTH comes from your soul through your body.
Running builds STRENGTH of body, mind and spirit. The Olympian Eric Little felt God’s pleasure as he ran. (That might have been a good quote!) Running is a metaphor for this earthly journey.
What gives you STRENGTH? Imagine it now and breathe it in and out. Slow the exhale and make it longer. Inscribe STRENGTH across your chest in imaginary ink. You are that.
Ever-present STRENGTH is your birthright as a soul. STRENGTH is your home. STRENGTH is your essence.
STRENGTH moves mountains, overcomes obstacles and comes from a deep knowing that you are never alone. You are surrounded by a heavenly team that wants only the best for you.
You move from STRENGTH to STRENGTH.
The ancient and ever-living Scriptures say you will soar like an eagle, walk and not faint.
